Deposits/ Payments
To book your room we will require a Non-Refundable deposit of £30 per room for the full length of your accommodation. If you are booking via E-mail, please contact us on 01397 708817 to make this deposit. On all on-line bookings we will automatically deduct this deposit for you. We recommend you take out holiday insurance in case of cancellation.
PLEASE NOTE WE ACCEPT CASH OR CARDS ON DEPARTURE.
Cancellation Policy
Non-Refundable £30 deposit. Taken 6-8 weeks before arrival. (To cover Admin charges)
100% of the total bill will be payable for non-arrivals or should the booking be cancelled within 14 days of arrival.
Arrival & Departure
Check -in time is between 3pm and 6pm. Should you wish to arrive outside these hours, please contact us. We do not allow check-in after 8pm. It is a 2 1/2hr drive north from Glasgow, and about 3 hrs from Edinburgh. South from Inverness will take you about 2 hrs, so please allow yourself ample travel time, to make check-in.
Check-out time is 10am prompt on day of departure.
Luggage may be dropped off in the morning of arrival (before 11am) and on departure they can be left for collection (after 3pm) if you are using public transport.
Breakfast Times
Breakfast is served at 7.45am, 8.00am, 8.30am and 8.45am. For those wishing to have an earlier start or have early transport connections to catch, a Packed breakfast can be made the night before. You can grab this from the fridge in the conservatory before you leave.
