Tariff
Bed & Breakfast rates are from £25 per person in low season, rising to £30 in the main season (Easter, May, July, August, and New Year). Rates for children, pets and single occupancy vary throughout the year, please contact us for exact prices.
The Guest House is open all year round with the exception of Christmas. Special Offers are available October – March and reduced rates for 2 night stays or more throughout the year.
Booking Procedure
If you would like to book accommodation we will require your credit or debit card details with your full postal address and telephone number. Alternatively, you may send a cheque for half the nights stay if one night, or the first nights stay if staying for more than one night.

In the event of cancellation for whatever reason, the following terms will apply:

Ben Nevis Guest House is strictly non-smoking.
Well behaved pets are welcome at an additional charge of £10 per pet and MUST be pre-booked.
Guests are welcome to arrive after 4pm. Should you wish to arrive earlier or later than 8pm, please call.
On the day of departure, guests are kindly asked to vacate their rooms by 10am.
Ample car parking available. Guests may leave their car while walking the ‘Way’.
Bikers are welcome and off-road safe parking available.
