Tariff
Rates vary between £25 - £36.00 per person depending on time of year, length of stay and room occupancy. Please note in August one night stays are not available to book until 2 weeks prior to arrival. We offer reduced rates for children aged between 0 – 16 years. The Guest House is open all year round with the exception of Christmas. We offer reduced rates the more nights you book and in the winter, special low rates are available. Please call about ski-ing or winter walking and we can help you book a suitable package

Booking Procedure
If you would like to book accommodation, please contact us to reserve your room(s) followed by your debit card details for a deposit which will be confirmed by email to you. We require a deposit of half the nights stay if one night, or the first nights stay if staying for more than one night. Alternatively, you can book on-line HERE

Cancellation Policy
In the event of cancellation for whatever reason, the following terms will apply:

6 weeks plus notice - your deposit will be refunded less an admin charge or deposit can be held for a future stay.
Within the month of arrival your deposit is non-refundable.
One weeks notice may incur further charges.
Non-arrival without notification – The full cost of the first night, less your deposit would be charged automatically to your debit card.
